Giulia De Cesare – Principal Trainer
Giulia has over 20 years’ training experience, both in the software industry and in presenting a variety of courses focusing on different aspects of business writing. Other roles include school psychologist, bookseller, recruitment consultant, database administrator and freelance copywriter, so she brings considerable real-world experience to the task of writing, something many course delegates have noted.
This depth of experience allows her to relate to a wide variety of clients when establishing their training needs and creating bespoke content and exercises to meet their requirements. A big benefit of going on a training course is getting a shortcut to all the useful techniques that others have gained the hard way through extensive experience.
She is from Australia and is a native speaker of Italian, so is able to appreciate at first hand the challenges faced by foreign speakers of English.
