Where are your courses held?
We currently run our open courses in central London and plan to widen this to other locations.
Private courses are run at your premises – or we can find a suitable venue for you.
Can your courses be taught privately?
Yes, any of our courses can be run in-house, and customised according to your specific requirements. Alternatively, you can request a pick-and-mix approach, choosing the modules you need from several courses to create a session tailored for your company.
What happens if I need to cancel? What will it cost?
You can cancel at any time up to 14 working days prior to the start of the course without penalty. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days or if delegates fail to attend, the full course fee is due. We will not charge for re-scheduling a private course, except for any expenses that have already been incurred.
Can you deliver courses outside the UK?
We are happy to run courses overseas, and have done so in Europe and India. Please contact Abi 01235 60 30 22 with any enquiries.
Can I deliver your courses myself?
We can supply our course materials to you under licence and train your trainers. To find out more please call us on 01235 60 30 22 or .
Is VAT applicable?
Yes, VAT is applicable to all training in the UK, and is added onto the quoted course cost. For courses outside the UK the situation may vary, and we will advise you as appropriate when you book such a course.
How many people can come on a course?
Most courses are best suited to a maximum of 15 attendees. Fewer delegates mean more individual attention from the trainer, so this ought to be considered when booking private courses.
Will I need to do any work before the course?
We ask you to fill in a short Pre-Course Questionnaire, which gives you the opportunity to tell us your expectations of the course. This helps our trainer to make sure you get the most out of the training.
If you or your employer wants to see the improvements you have achieved through training, you can take part in our pre- and post-course assessments. For details, please call Giulia on 01235 60 30 22.
What if I’m running late?
Don’t worry. These things happen. Take our phone number with you (it will be on your joining instructions) and call if you are delayed. If it’s due to bad traffic or problems on the trains/tube, there’s a good chance others will also be held up.
How much does a customised course cost?
It really depends on your requirements; if you want to mix and match our current modules then only a small cost is involved. If you would like us to tailor modules and write exercises and case studies for you then we will discuss your requirements with you and give you a quote for the work before we start.
How do I pay?
For public course bookings you can pay with a credit card via Paypal from our website following the instructions online. Alternatively we can invoice you, in which case we will need a purchase order number or other written confirmation of your order.
For a more customised private course, we will quote the full cost after discussing your requirements and invoice you once you have confirmed your booking.
Is lunch provided?
Yes. All venues provide either hot or cold lunches on site, which are included in the cost of the course. Tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks are also available at morning and afternoon breaks.
